The Frescura S.p.a. warehouses extend over a covered area of 15,000 square metres, used entirely for the storage of over 18,000 continuously re-stocked items.
The company, always on the look out for new solutions that allow a fast and effective response to the requests of its customers, has adopted a completely automated system based on wireless technology and barcodes, for warehouse management and product traceability.
Our fully automated logistics system is based on a central IT system that, by controlling all the acquisition and order management phases, is able to guarantee their processing in a very short time (24/48 hours) with extreme precision.
The arrival and exit of goods is managed by the Central Information System which processes them in complete autonomy, informing the person responsible for the shipment of the arrival of the orders. The warehouse operators receive the order from the central system via a palmtop computer and prepare the pallets with the goods ready for each customer. They are either delivered immediately by one of our own 12 delivery vehicles or by contracted couriers.
Frescura SpA offers a pre-/after-sales commercial assistance service to its customers, responding to requests received, informing about stock availability, prices and delivery times. We can be contacted by phone during the working day, in office hours, for any reason.
Sales activity is handled by our network of 12 agents who with their regular visits are able to meet the needs of the customers, to collect restocking orders and to constantly offer new products at the best commercial conditions. Our sales network covers a vast territory that extends into FVG, Lombardy, Tuscany and Emilia Romagna.
